All special-order delivery dates are approximate to the best knowledge at the time of the sale; Furniture for Less is not liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur.

All sales are final, no cancelations and/or exchanges will be accepted on and or before or after delivery or pickup.

As soon as you make the invoice, we begin the procurement process. Therefore, we are not able to accept any cancellations and or refunds. We may at our sole discretion make an exception in which case, a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase will be charged, no orders are on approval.

Layaway invoices are for three months only. Furniture for Less will not proceed with layaway orders until the invoice is fully paid. Furniture for Less will not be liable for any unforeseen delays or discontinuing items by the time customer finishes payment on invoice, therefore customer should choose another item, all payments on layaway are non-refundable. After the three months, we will cancel the invoice and the completed payments for that invoice should be used as store credit only.

Refunds for unforeseen delays will be for store credit only.

As-is and floor model items have no warranties and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Customers are responsible for all measurements of doors, elevators, and stairways. Should your piece not fit, delivery fees are non-refundable.

During the delivery, Furniture for Less is not liable for any delivery damages to the customer home and or property inside or outside.

Damage to your purchased merchandise must be reported by the time of delivery, otherwise it will not be accepted.

Our delivery team is NOT PERMITTED to move or handle your existing furniture as specified by our insurance carrier. Please have your room and space ready, making sure all pathways are clear and removing all breakable items in the delivery path.

Please secure family pets since doors will be open during the delivery process.

To ensure the safety of our drivers, snow or other pedestrian obstacles must be removed by you before our drivers can accomplish delivery. In case of unforeseen weather or health or truck mechanical complications, delivery will be rescheduled, and Furniture for Less is not liable for any losses that could happen from this delay.

Deliveries require a responsible adult, age 18 or older, to be present to accept and inspect the merchandise at the time of delivery.

Merchandise must be picked up within seven (7) days of the original order or within seven (7) days after the product has arrived at the corporate distribution center or regional pick-up center. Customers are responsible for inspecting all merchandise prior to loading and will be asked to acknowledge receipt of merchandise in satisfactory condition upon inspection at our pick-up center. Since many items available for pick up are factory packed and sealed, there may be imperfections that will lead to disappointment if not inspected prior to leaving our pick-up center. Buyer is responsible for all assembly after pick up.

For warranty repair or exchange service on items picked up and or delivered from our store, customers are fully responsible to return the item to our store location, or pay the delivery and service fees in order for the store to do the delivery and resolve the issue by either repair or exchange of the damaged furniture.

Furniture for Less is not responsible for any damage to merchandise or personal injuries during the customer loading or transportation process. Buyer accepts full responsibility for securing merchandise in or to their vehicles.

In the case of approved online returns, the transaction fee is non-refundable and it will be deducted from the total amount paid. The transaction fee is the fee that is charged by the credit card companies and it cannot be refunded.
